How to PCVR
Unpack the ISO, 7z, rar, or ZIP and follow any instructions to install, if any.
Using Steam to run
Using Steam is one method to launch games, and is the default wired way and requires no other apps.
Bottom-left corner of Steam, Add a Game > Add a non-steam Game > Browse > Select the .exe file of the game in question
In your Steam Library, right-click > Properties, and check "Include in VR Library"
Run SteamVR from either Virtual Desktop or Oculus Link, and click "All Games" if it doesn't appear on the short list. Your games will be under "Local".

How to extract
Before getting started we recommend installing 7zip. 7zip is lightweight, and contains no ads or spyware. And best of all - it's free.
Many of our PCVR titles are packaged in different types of archives, but we try and keep them to 7z (7zip), RAR (Winrar), or ZIP (Winzip).
The 7-zip app is compatible with all of these archive types.
Go to File Explorer Options (type File Options in start menu to find it) go to VIEW tab and uncheck HIDE EXTENSIONS FOR KNOWN FILETYPES - Then hit APPLY.
Type 1: FILE.001 FILE.002 FILE.003, etc.
(Note: It may keep counting up higher for larger games, or it can be less that 3 parts for smaller games)
Right click FILE.001 and select 7ZIP > Extract Here.
Type 2: FILE.r01 FILE.r02 FILE.r03 FILE.rar
Right click the .rar file and select 7 Zip > Extract Here.
Type 3: FILE.7z.001 FILE.7z.002 FILE.7z.003, etc.
Right click the FILE.7z.001 file and select 7 Zip > Extract here.
Type 4:
If what you extract has a file that is marked .ISO you must right click on the file and select OPEN WITH and then select WINDOWS EXPLORER. This will MOUNT the ISO as a Virtual Disk. You can then install the game from this virtual (pretend) disc which will be located in My PC. If there is a box on the installer to copy the crack, check the box to make your life easier
PCVR Troubleshooting
Try to fix the shortcut (this will help with control or launching in a window)
If creating a shortcut, you should locate an exe with "shipping" in the filename and link to that. Otherwise, the regular exe in the game folder.
Edit launch command by right-clicking the shortcut or making a new one, adding one or more of the following to the end:
-steam
(For example,"whatever.exe" -steam
)-VR
-HmdEnable 1
-Oculus
(especially useful for Airlink)-Oculus VR
(especially useful for Airlink)
Link/AirLink: -oculus -oculus vr -vrmode oculus
Virtual Desktop: -vrmode oculus -oculus -oculus vr
Link + Steam: -Steam -VR -oculus -oculus vr -vrmode oculus
VD + Steam: -vrmode oculus -oculus -oculus vr -steam -vrOther Arguments that may affect performance:
-nowindow
-console
-vconsole
+volume_fog_disable 1
+vr_fidelity_level_auto 0
+vr_fidelity_level 1
+vr_msaa 0
Make sure you have installed dependencies like
direct x
vcredist
.net framework
Make sure the files you have are not corrupt. Did you get them all downloaded? Did they extract?
Check for a crack folder which may need copying
If you've done this and still cannot get a game to work, please contact VRP or ARMGGDN.
